This 1987 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM shows approximately 11k miles and was recently acquired by the selling dealer out of Pennsylvania following time spent in Virginia and Connecticut. Power is supplied by a fuel-injected 5.7-liter L98 V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Finished in Flame Red over Camel cloth upholstery, the car is equipped with the GTA Package as well as 16? diamond-spoke alloy wheels, power windows and locks, air conditioning, cruise control, fog lights, a cassette stereo, an engine oil cooler, four-wheel disc brakes, and unique badging. Service in May 2020 consisted of replacing the transmission filter and pan gasket, thermostat, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and air filter. The car is finished in Flame Red (74U) with body-color bumper covers, side skirts, and a rear spoiler. Additional details include pop-up headlights, fog lights, and GTA badging. Gold-finished 16” diamond-spoke wheels feature polished lips and WS6-branded center caps and wear 255/50 BFGoodrich g-Force Sport tires. Stopping power is provided by optional four-wheel disc brakes. The articulating front bucket seats and fold-down rear seats are upholstered in Camel cloth and are complemented by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Floor mats line the footwells, and amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, a Delco cassette stereo, and power windows, mirrors, and locks. Instrumentation is fronted by a leather-clad steering wheel and consists of a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for voltage, oil pressure, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 10k miles. The 5.7-liter L98 V8 is equipped with a Tuned Port Injection fuel system and delivers power to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car was last serviced with an oil change in 2021. Service in May 2020 consisted of replacing the thermostat, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and air filter.
